Felix is simply the best. He took the time to understand the needs of my husband and I and really cared to ensure we found a home that not only met those needs/wants but that also brought us good value. We went from having a very stressful previous experience with another realtor to what felt like a dream with Felix. He was patient and informative, he took the time to explain every step of the process and broke it down into easily digestible stages. He was extremely professional and personable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I will be recommending Felix to everyone that I can. You will not make a mistake by choosing him to be your realtor. He was able to guide us through the abc's of home buying. We also asked him for referral contacts from lawyers, insurance agents and contractors to get our new place. He also has contacts for mortgage broker if you needed one. We are very happy we found our home and looking forward to our next family journey.
