TL;DR: Felix has our highest recommendation and you shouldn't hesitate to work with him. Felix absolutely went to bat for us and negotiated our purchase price down more than we thought was possible. He's also genuinely a kind and thoughtful person, and was super patient with our figuring out what we wanted in our first home (and probably unusually high level of preoccupation with earthquake risk). We've already recommended him to everyone we know who is thinking to buy!

Felix put quality over quantity when it came to helping me sell my condo unit. What I mean by quality is that I was not just a “number” to him. Felix was recommended to us, and after a good feeling from our initial phone conversation and reading his Google reviews, we ended up hiring him as our realtor for both selling and buying. He was with us right from the beginning of the selling process and gave great advice each step of the way. It was such a daunting and stressful undertaking, but his confidence and reassurance kept us at ease. He and his associate Mark worked hard to show and ultimately sell our condo - above asking no less! The buying experience also proved to be slightly stressful, with not a lot of desirable homes in our price range and needing to compete with other buyers. But again, Felix's experience and determination allowed us to remain calm and led us to purchase our dream home for our family. Even after all said and done, he remained in contact to make sure we had all our ducks in a row. His recommendations for a lawyer and home inspector were excellent as well. Moving is the worst, but Felix made things bearable and, at times, even enjoyable. He has an "everything will work out" motto, and everything did!
