It’s not news to anyone that finding a new home is stressful confusing and daunting, especially in this volatile and scary BC market. We were not particularly looking forward to it nor had any idea on how long it would take before we could purchase a new home. Whether you are buying or selling Sevin did such an excellent job at both. She helped as sell our apartment at above asking price less than a week after it was on the market - and the market has already changed and slowed down, it’s not as competitive as it was a year ago so I don’t know how she did it, but she did. Then she helped us find a beautiful and spacious townhouse well below the asking price. I will definitely be recommending her to any friends or family that are in the market.
