Sara helped us sell our place with great success. The photos and drone footage of our place were amazing and she gave our house a lot of exposure. The marketing plan provided by Sara was second to none. We highly recommend Sara for her professionalism and her expertice.

I would highly recommend Sara as a realtor. We worked with her to sell two properties and purchase a new one all at the same time! Sara helped us to make that happen seamlessly. Not very impressed. She no-showed for our initial meeting. Apparently she forgot. Not a good start. Frustrating given how much time to spent cleaning the night before and arranging our day around the meeting. We needed someone to sell and then help us buy. Not happy.

Sara helped us buy our first house! We appreciated her obvious knowledge about different neighbourhoods in the city and what we could expect if we were to buy there. Her approach is low-pressure and we trusted her opinions when we had questions because we didn't feel like she was just trying to sell us any house...she wanted us to find the house that was right for us! Sara went over and above to make sure our house got listed and sold in a very short time frame. We really appreciated all the effort she put in to make sure we were taken care of during our quick posting! She was professional throughout the whole process, and she, with the assistance of her team, ensured we had all the information we needed as it became available. Sarah recently brought a buyer to our comfree property. The buyer liked it and wanted to put in an offer. Sarah refused to bring us the offer unless we signed a written agreement to pay full commission. We explained to her that commission is negotiatable and dependent on the offer but assured her we would pay commission. We then let her know we had another offer coming in and encouraged her to present her offer. She refused without us signing an agreement to work with her and pay full commission. We took the other offer. Sarah's clients wanted to buy our home and wrote up an offer that never got presented because Sarah refused to negotiate her commission. I'm curious the story she told her clients about why they didn't get the house...

We were on a one week House Hunting Trip and Sara was very patient with our indecisiveness about condos/duplex/stand alone and renovation or no renovation. We did not buy on that trip, but she was really great at keeping us up to date on homes in our price range and we did buy a home after she Face Timed with us and did a walk through. When purchasing a home in Edmonton from Ontario, it was really convenient to have the electronic documentation! We did not have to go to a fax machine every time something needed to be signed.

Sara is a fantastic Realtor. She is incredibly flexible and always was quick to reply. We were informed every step of the way which took away so much of the stress. Sara will not try to sell anything! Honestly. If it’s not the right house for you, you will feel absolutely no pressure. She is truly there for your interests and to support and advise. Way back in 2010??? Some friends of mine at the time had been trying to sell their house in edmonton.
