It’s hard for me to decide where to start with describing the kind of realtor Joe is; he has so many attributes that make him THE realtor to call on. We feel so lucky to have had our neighbors sell their home before we did, that’s how we met Joe. He was their realtor and came with glowing recommendation. We definitely were not disappointed, throughout the whole experience of the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our forever home, he was incredible. So knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking. There were multiple evenings where he would send us an email, surprising us that he was still hard at work, doing his thing. When it came to finding our new home he was really patient with us (we must’ve seen 20 homes!) and seemed to know when to step back and when not to. Something we found invaluable: we have a growing family so his knowledge of the Langley/Surrey neighborhoods and schools was really important to us; there didn’t seem to be much he didn’t know when we posed a question his way. The sale of our old home? We didn’t even have to have an open house! We listed on a Monday evening, he had private viewings lined up by Wednesday, and the home sold by the following Tuesday.
