Alison is a very professional realtor in Edmonton, she have good eyes on design and very sensitive on what people like, she did lots of staging on my home and respect everyone who request visit. she is not the person only care about "sold" she put her own shoes on your property, if the price wasn't right , she will suggest wait next the right offer, she never ever push you to sell your property in rush, use her as you agent you will never regret. my house only listed on the market for less than a month and sold, we are very happy working with her.

I just cant say enough about Alison. I was left with a condo to sell in Edmonton that we had listed with another Realtor. It was listed with the other Realtor for 6 months and just had a few bites but no sales. I cant fault the other Realtor for lack of effort because I know the other Realtor worked hard. 5 months into the first listing with the other Realtor COVID started. I knew that i needed a different approach. A different Realtor with a whole new set of Skills. my searching brought me to Alison. I was not disappointed. on my first phone call with Alison I knew I was talking with someone who had the skills to sell and even more so during COVID. Alison`s unique skill set in a matter of days had the Condo listed and Digitally staged as the condo was empty. the digital staging was off the charts. when I looked at the listing on line, it looked fully furnished showing anyone looking of the possibilities that this Condo offered. in addition her listing services offered a virtual tour that was waaaaayy better than the other virtual tours that I had viewed in the past and Alison`s professionalism would be hard to beat. To sum things up, in 3 weeks she had a buyer that was from over 1500 km away. due to the virtual tour, digital staging and painting, the new owner could do her shopping in the comfort of her home as we are right in the middle of COVID and it being very difficult to physically see a listing not to mention travel from another province. Alison arranged everything required for the sale and the rest of the process was painless. I wish I had chosen Alison right off the start.
