Tracey Blackham

Before launching a career in real estate over 15 years ago, Tracey completed her MBA at Sauder and previously worked in the hospitality management sector. Tracey’s passion for investing in real estate, building homes and building relationships with people led her to real estate marketing for both single family homes and townhouse complexes. It was a very natural transition in real estate with Tracey’s family involved in real estate development in the Fraser Valley.

Tracey has a strength in finding the right property whether its an investment condo, family home or future development site. Making sure that every need is met with an exceptional level of customer service is what you can expect from her. Tracey currently lives in Point Grey with her husband and twin girls. Both Tracey and her husband are very active in skiing, travelling and enjoying summer lake time with the family at Lake Whatcom.

This contractor turned out to be fraud and has scammed multiple people including ourselves. When I inquired with KW Realty to get information so I could start a court case, they informed me they did not actually know the contractor and only ever communicated via Facebook messenger.

Very unfortunate experience - when my husband and I met Jeff, we felt confident in his team and abilities. He assured us that his associate, Crystal, would be able to find us contractors to complete minor updates on our house prior to listing with their team. I was told they had a list of trusted contractors for these purposes. I trusted this contact and paid them for materials to complete the job. After numerous no-shows and excuses, we approached the realty team regarding the situation. We were told they did not know the contractor but just found him on Facebook. When we contacted police, this individual is a wanted scammer. The situation they have put us in is very unprofessional and unacceptable. Their solution was for us to list our house with them and they will credit us the money lost .. but why would we want to list with a real estate company that provided us a scammer? Our trust in this team was broken, and we are now part of a police investigation with the individual they referred us to. RESPONSE: The only reason we contacted this individual was because you referred him to us. Your business told us that you could help and you provided us with his information. I understand you were trying to help, but never did you explain this was someone random you found on Facebook. Finding a painter was the beginning of our business relationship, you told us both that you were able to assist us and that is why we should choose your business. I am absolutely shocked at your response to our stressful situation and the text messages sent to my husband. I have never found myself in this position before, and for this to be your response demonstrates how this mistake was made by your company.
