Our storey of why we choose Dale. Our company builds ICF concrete style homes which offer high energy star ratings and this was something we wanted highlighted in our listing. You have probably heard that you should get three referrals when choosing a business just like the 3 bears fairy tale. I would like to share my experience on three realtors who came for a market elevation of our home. The first team that came by gave us no elevation or return call about our place (cold oatmeal -nope). The second Realtor gave us an evaluation and a call back within a few days and a follow up (warm oatmeal - next). Patterson Group (oatmeal was just right!) Patterson Group came when they said they would and made a great impression from the start with the first introduction and focused on the positives of our home, location took interest in our ICF construction. We were very impressed with the professional approach and the service provided although. What impressed us most was the weekly updates that came in every Monday describing sales in our area as well as a personal note. We thought originally these were just stock emails or notes that were copied and pasted but quickly realized that they were personal and not just generic. We had also asked that he would come to the showings to go over the features and benefits of the home and when scheduling allowed he was here!
