We had the opportunity to work with Jay when purchasing our new home. He was very professional and knowledgeable to make every step of the process of purchasing and negotiating a new home very easy and stress free. Always was available to talk or to meet in person and made us feel like we were his number one clients the entire time. Once we had a builder chosen (Alquinn Homes) he worked as the middle man for any questions or concerns that came up and worked fast and efficiently to get them resolved. Once we were moved in he continued to provide his help to resolve any issues that did arise. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy around Edmonton area.
