It's hard to adequately put down in words the positive experience we had in choosing Jay to help us facilitate our house purchase in Spruce Grove. I sit here trying to write the appropriate words but nothing comes to mind. I only have feelings. I have always felt protected, safe, comfortable and educated every time we dealt with Jay and his team. He had only our interests in mind. His probing questions were just about what we wanted in a house and our budget. Simple questions, but we couldn't really even answer those questions! We didn't even know what we wanted as it was all happening so fast. Jay educated us and showed us the comforts and features he knew we'd be happy with. He was spot on every time. When we "found" Jay, we thought he was based in Stony Plain. He did not accept our apology when we felt bad about making him drive and drive some more to show us properties. We even did a zoom call for a viewing. During the whole process he recommended tradespeople to us for work we wanted done on the house. He even met said tradespeople at the home when we couldn't be there and before we could move in. He did the walk through for us and treated us to a home clean! Jay also set up appointments with Gem Cabinets. The home we bought was an original Alquinn Home and they use Gem Cabinets. We wanted some adjustments made to the existing set up and now the new cabinet matches the existing kitchen! We'd never have found wood and paint to match had we done this on our own. Continuing on with my feelings, safe, I felt safe and relieved to know Jay's assistant Sarah, was also just a text away. She facilitated the forwarding of documents to our lawyer in record time. Jay even fielded a call from our lawyer when the law office couldn't reach us. All in all I feel relieved. I am relieved the process of buying a new family home in a city went as smooth as it went and can only thank Jay and his team for helping us. Not looking to move again for a few years, but when we do Jay will be top of mind to sell this house, if he'll have us!

What an incredibly easy experience working with Jay and Sarah, talk about being on top of every aspect of the process! From first meeting Jay and nearly immediately putting an offer in (Completely unprepared mind you) for our home, all the way to the possession day, they have been absolutely outstanding. In order to meet an incentive date we crunched their timeline down to just about three weeks start to finish. Being our first home buying experience Jay was able to steer us confidently toward a spectacular mortgage broker, home inspector and lastly lawyer. At all times if I had a questions Jay was always available and happy to answer them no matter the time of day. You really feel how invested he is in your purchase throughout the entire process, where most realtors would just follow behind and stay quiet during walkthroughs and inspections, he was able to notice discrepancies we didn't and join in noting them with the builder. I have heard of builders bullying buyers only allowing YOU to point out problems during inspections. Absolutely not with Jay, he's not leaving until he's spotted everything and you're satisfied. That kind of integrity is extremely rare these days. I cannot stress how quickly they helped us secure our perfect home for us, I don't believe just anyone could be this squared away and I am grateful I was able to meet Jay and Sarah because they 100% did all the work for us.
