Jeff was wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend him to anyone trying to sell a property! He has a very personable nature and is an amazing listener. He also was great at thinking on his feet, so I didn't have to answer the myriad of repeat questions that come about a rural property... I don't think he ever asked the same thing more than once. He was helpful, patient and kind in talking us through several offers, and was willing to wait for the right offer. He also dealt with plenty of confused and tearful conversations about selling our home and family farm with grace and no judgement. He's a keeper!

He's a lovely, kind, and personable man, and also a great communicator- I did not expect to find a realtor that I actually enjoyed dealing with, but he made a good impression and remained genuine, patient, and easy to talk to throughout the process of selling our farm. With a complicated property, I was expecting to have many questions and there were, but he was organized and remembered every answer I gave, so I don't think I ever repeated myself. He also has an understanding of rural properties which was very helpful. He handled my confused and at times tearful responses with grace and no judgement. 10/10, will hire again!

Jeff sold my parents’ home this past February. He was so easy to work with as my sister and I live in different cities and the listing agreement, house appraisal, viewings, signing of offer and sale all had to be coordinated online. Jeff was very professional throughout the whole process. We even had 3 way conference calls. The deciding factor in hiring Jeff was his practice of giving back a portion of his commission to a local charity of our choice. Kudos to you Jeff!! When it came time to sell an income property, it was a recommendation from a friend that brought us to Jeff. Having had some less-than-stellar experiences with other Realtors, we weren't expecting much. Jeff, however, shattered our preconceived notions. He worked with us like a partner in the process of selling, rather than simply as an intermediary in the process. Jeff actively worked to 'sell' our house; he wasn't content to sit back and wait for someone to come 'buy' it. (We actually had another realtor make a comment to the effect of "I don't sell houses, people come buy them and I facilitate the process").
