Drew Woolcott

Ashley Mccaskie is amazing to work with! She takes the time to really listen and understand what I want and she is there every step of the way to help. Her hard work and professionalism helped to close my deal quickly and I would not hesitate to recommend her real estate services to anyone!

My family and I are very happy to have worked with Ami. We are thankful to him for sticking with us as we experienced a few hiccups along the way to finding our new home. Ami was very thoughtful and considerate of our needs and helped us find exactly what we need at this time in our lives. Thank you Ami!

Kate Vukelich is vey enthusiastic and attentive. She was a pleasure to work with when providing an assessment of my home.

We had a short time to sell. Everything went smoothly and on schedule. We got more than we had expected which made the whole experience even better. Thanks Johnny!

Danielle puts her heart and soul into her work! She is knowledgable and so supportive. It is so comforting to have a realtor who is easy to talk to and will answer any questions big or small! She goes above and beyond!

David is patient and hard working keeping his client's best interests above his own as he assists people with their real estate needs.

I bought my first home with John Summach. It was a pleasure dealing with him, made the experience very easy for me and was super easy to get in contact with throughout the process. Would refer him to anyone looking for a professional realtor.

Looking for honesty, transparency, and care….David is the man!

Ashley was a great realtor for me. She helped me from start to finish and explained everything so I could understand. I would highly recommend her

Ashley Mccaskie is a pleasure to work with. Great attitude

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ashley McCaskie. Our situation was unique and required alot of patience and understanding. Ashley got things done, made necessary changes quickly and was a absolute pleasure to work with. Thank you for helping us realise the best possible outcome for our family, we couldn't have done it without you!

Dave Balsdon is a personal friend so yes slightly bias but I have a lot of friends in real estate so when I say he is the one I would go to if I was selling or buying in the Waterdown area, that is the absolute truth. He will do you well ... pack before you call.

John is a fantastic real estate agent. Honest, friendly and accountable!

Anita McGowan on the Woolcott team has a sharp attention for details and an understanding of the Hamilton area market that makes her an ideal choice to help with finding your dream home or next investment property. She is very professional and personable, a pleasure to work with!

John Summach has helped us and our 3 daughters find homes in Burlington, Hamilton, Dundas and Oakville. He is an excellent professional on all levels and is a lovely person.

Peter Woolcott really knows his stuff and is always looking out for your best interests

Working with Anita was an incredible experience. Her professionalism was exemplary and she was always readily available to communicate with me. She patiently addressed all of my inquiries, and I felt confident that I was in capable hands.

I feel everything is destined, but its only when you learn about things that you can connect the dots. Me and my wife strained ourselves a lot to find out a home where we could live, grow with our kids, and take care of our parents, but were not successful until we met Anita. I guess that was Providence's plan for all of us. Anita went extra mile and kept trying until we nailed it down. I remember the days when we would tire her all day searching for homes, sometimes on the fly and there was not even a single wrinkle on her face. At the end of the day her smiling face and words of hope would keep us motivated. Not so long after when she finally nailed down our dream house for us, I guess we could not believe it :). She just did it. She made sure that seller says YES :). We can't thank her enough for not only what she helped us in achieving but how she did it. It was a learning for me too. She inspired us and moved us too. Harvey, my son and Paviit, my daughter just loved her. Her communication is so awesome that i hardly have met any realtors with that capacity.

The Woolcott team is great! Especially love the focus on new homebuyers and their quick-hit educational social media posts. Would highly recommend the team to anyone for buying or selling!

Ashley is an amazing agent! She is such a kind and helpful person.
