This woman, is the true definition of a powerhouse. She never stopped aiding me as I texted her daily about the most ridiculous properties with outrageous and almost impossible to finance structures on them. I wasn’t looking for that “comes in a box” buy, and I am so grateful I had Katelyn on my side for my purchase. I texted her daily (yes a realtor that texts you is the best) and asked her endless questions. Being a first time homebuyer, and going from renting my whole life and not knowing what it takes to buy a house, I wasn’t familiar with all the “background noise” of purchasing. And being the inquisitive person I am, let’s just say she fielded a lot of questions.
