Shahlah is an excellent realtor and very pleasant to work with. We purchased the house from out of province and had to do all the reviews remotely. In the very hot BC market it took us over two months of house search, numerous showings where Shahlah generously did the tour of the houses, and made very descriptive/informative WhatsApp videos for us. She was very patient with us, gave her expert opinion to help us make decisions on putting offers or not, which was very helpful in securing our purchase in this stressful market. After the purchase of the house she provided all important information on next steps and was in regular contact with us with important reminders up to and even after the possession of the house.
