So this is what you meant, when you said Ultra Luxury, Absolut missed the mark in my opinion. But land a group over here is really hitting the nail on the head with this amazing Boutique building. So this is an example of developers in this area really trying to leave their Mark but with very special amenities, they're going above and beyond. So they're really at the top of the ultra-luxury market.
