Don't walk into your office and make a list of things to do.
That should be done the night before.
If you leave it to the morning, you're already behind.
There's a quote that I genuinely love.
It's, if it's your job to eat a frog,
the best thing to do is eat it first thing in the morning.
And if it's your job to eat two frogs,
the best thing to do is eat the biggest one first.
I'm Javita Pinto.
I was born and raised in Pakistan and I moved to Canada when I
was very young with my family.
Growing up I watched my parents work two, sometimes
three jobs.
That really shaped how I see work and I learned really early on the
value of a dollar but most importantly I learned what hard work and discipline
actually looks like.
The future icon of real estate
isn't just about what I've done,
it's about what I'm building towards.
It's a responsibility to continue raising the standard
for myself, for my clients, and how this business is done.
REW has been a huge part of my growth,
and I'm especially grateful to my clients
for trusting me with such big decisions.
That's something I never take for granted.
This award reflects the work
the consistency and the intention I've put into my brand and building my business.
My transition into real estate actually came from a very personal experience.
My first home purchase was not a great one.
I didn't fully understand the process, the market or the numbers and I ended up overpaying.
I also wasn't prepared for the additional costs that come along with purchasing a home.
Because for most people, this is one of the biggest financial decisions they'll ever make.
every dollar matters and it has a direct impact on both their future and more immediately their
day-to-day living hosting my first open house i can i can actually still visualize that moment
vividly speaking with clients having those great conversations and afterwards instinctively
following up right away and that led to my first couple of clients that experience reinforced
and also like knowledge matters but taking action and following up is what actually creates results
i'm naturally a curious person so i ask a lot of questions and i try to make the process
fun i love to laugh so i try to tell really bad jokes and it creates like a natural connection
there and at the end of the day it's way better to shop with a friend and have that great experience
Honestly, I'm still very much in a growth and building phase, so a big part of my life is work, and I do really, really enjoy it.
But I do genuinely really love to spend time with my family, and it's really important to me, so my puppy and my husband.
I now make time and I carve it out in my schedule to make sure that I prioritize that.
I want to help raise the standard of how real estate is experienced by the consumer.
For me, this means bringing more clarity, more transparency, and more intention into the client experience.
Real estate can often feel unclear or reactive, and I believe it should be the opposite.
It should be structured, data-driven, and thoughtfully guided.
I'd like to thank my husband and my team.
They tolerate a lot.
The late nights, the mid-conversation, all that thought, a lot.
And I'm beyond grateful that they provide me with a safe space to have my big crazy dreams.
