I always have this hang up of not being in like downtown core. I always want to be in the center, but then when I come out of the center and like, oh, I've actually pretty nice out here and I would argue that can be is actually, in some ways even more Central than downtown. You have everything you need a block away. You have the SkyTrain there and then I'm going to take you guys to my favorite part of this neighborhood, which is we won't tell you again. Okay.
