There’s a mix of property types in North Vancouver, with condos and detached houses making up the majority of available listings, and some townhomes up for grabs as well. At the time of writing, there are currently around 800 active listings in North Van, although the number spiked near 1,000 recently. This level of inventory indicates that you may have better odds than in previous years, when listings were closer to 500, but it’s still best to work with an agent to determine how best to approach the market.
