Kristina Legault, a REALTOR™ at Century 21 Creekside Realty (Luckakuck) in Chilliwack, BC has always loved houses and what goes inside them, whether that’s the decor or the people. Growing up, her mother also had a love of homes and they moved frequently, her dad was always on board, and they would work together to decorate each place to make it feel like home. She still enjoys getting to peek at the layouts and aesthetics of homes today as an agent. While she previously worked in accounting, real estate felt like a natural fit to her thanks to her background, and she has eight years of experience to show for it.

Kristina understands the stress and emotions Homeseekers face having moved multiple times throughout her childhood and as an adult. She explains, “Here’s my philosophy. Life is stressful, you’re constantly having some sort of life situation thrown at you that you need to deal with and that includes moving. To me, moving is exciting and to help my clients get through the process and help them lower their stress is a role I can help with.”

Kristina knows it can get stressful for Homeseekers, so she’s ready to help at any time.

Kristina finds joy in the entire process and acts as a trusted confidant and guide during what can be a tricky process. That’s why she’s available seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. If a client has questions or concerns, Kristina is ready to respond. As she says, “I'm fairly even keeled, and I know it will always work out.”

When she’s not helping house hunters, Kristina can be found enjoying Chilliwack, including walking her three dogs around the various parks in Sardis, Garrison and Cultus Lake. She appreciates the connection to nature and old-growth trees combined with the easy access to amenities. When it comes to helping people find a home, Kristina sums it up by saying, “I think it’s the thrill of the hunt, and then the satisfaction of finding ‘the one.’”
