Manraj was born and raised in Surrey, BC, and currently resides in South Surrey with his wife Tasha and newborn daughter, Dahlia. Equipped with a business degree specializing in marketing and a diploma in Urban Land Economics, he launched his real estate career in his early twenties, specializing in Metro Vancouver's new condo and townhome market.
Over the past decade, Manraj has worked alongside some of Metro Vancouver's top real estate industry experts. His roles include Senior Market Analyst for a development advisory firm, Acquisitions Manager for an award-winning multi-family developer, and Associate Broker for Vancouver's leading commercial real estate investment brokerage.
Manraj's extensive multi-family knowledge and experience equip him with the necessary tools to guide clients through the ever-evolving local real estate market. Manraj's wife, Tasha, is a Landscape Architect in the city, and both share a passion for all things design and real estate. Their ideal vacations are spent exploring hidden neighbourhoods in other cities, where achieving 20,000+ steps a day is always followed by a well-earned beer.
They have personally bought real estate in areas including the Tri-Cities, South Surrey, Langley, and Vancouver Island, adding another perspective to a thoughtful conversation.
