Kevin Skipworth
Kevin currently serves on the Arbitration Committee at the Real Estate Board, the Standard Forms Committee and Managing Broker Advisory Committee with BCREA.
Kevin was born and raised in Greater Vancouver and has always been passionate about real estate. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Simon Fraser University, he joined Dexter and quickly rose through the ranks to become a Partner/Managing Broker with Dexter Realty in Vancouver as well as a Partner/Managing Broker with Goodman Commercial. Kevin is dedicated to providing his clients with first-class, professional service and is committed to sharing his knowledge and expertise with others in the industry. A former instructor with BCREA Kevin currently serves on the Arbitration Committee at the Real Estate Board, the Standard Forms Committee and Managing Broker Advisory Committee with BCREA. Having been a managing broker since 2008, Kevin has seen many market changes and worked through changes in real estate while helping guide REALTORS® in his companies. Currently residing in Steveston, Richmond, Kevin is an avid cyclist, having completed the Whistler Gran Fondo 3 times and has fell victim to the Peloton craze and been successful in completing over 500 rides.
