We turn our attention to the West Side’s Oakridge in our latest installment of the highest- and lowest-priced homes listed in Vancouver neighbourhoods

Oakridge is a relatively under-the-radar community, especially compared with its higher-profile West Side sister ’hoods like Point Grey, Kerrisdale and Dunbar. While small in size and previously known only for its proximity to Oakridge Centre, the addition of the Canada Line, the booming Cambie corridor nearby and newly built homes in the area have breathed new life into this neighbourhood. The area is demarcated by 41st and 49th avenues to the north and south, and Oak and Ontario streets to the west and east.

In our round-up of homes currently listed in Oakridge, we found condos ranging from $598,000 to $2.9 million, detached houses listed from $2.5 million to $4.2 million, and one lone, but luxury, townhome listed at $1.7 million.

Click through the links below to see the full listings and photo galleries of each of these lovely homes.
