The next in our series looking at the highest- and lowest- priced homes listed in various Vancouver neighbourhoods takes in the transitioning area of Marpole

Marpole is a neighbourhood in transition. This unique West Side area is stitched in by 59th Avenue, Ontario Street, the Fraser River and Granville Street. Marpole has been undergoing a huge change since the Cambie Line opened, and since City Council passed the 2014 Marpole Community Plan, aimed at increasing densification. While many single-family homes in the area have been rezoned and sold to developers, new communities are flourishing, like the brand new Marine Gateway area.

Check out our round-up, below, of highest- and lowest-priced Marpole condos, townhouses and detached houses currently listed on REW.ca. You’ll see a wide range of price points, from the affordable to the aspirational. Click through the photos to see the full listings and photo galleries of each home.
