Point Grey is one of the most-talked about neighbourhoods in Vancouver. Known for its pricey real estate and high-glamour homes, Point Grey is definitely not known for affordability.

While the lowest-priced condo is $2 million bucks less than the highest, in the detached housing market, the gap jumps to a staggering $20 million! Read on for all the details.

The lowest-priced detached house in Point Grey comes in at almost a third of the price-per-square foot as its most-expensive counterpart, largely because it’s a freehold strata property. Still close to the beaches and parks of Jericho, the four-bedroom single family home has a master-suite with a walk-in closet, fireplace and spacious en-suite bathroom. The lower level boasts 10-foot ceilings. For the investors out there, rentals are welcome, as are pets.
