Point Grey is one of the most-talked about neighbourhoods in Vancouver. Known for its pricey real estate and high-glamour homes, Point Grey is definitely not known for affordability.

While the highest-priced properties currently listed offer the spectacular homes you would expect in the priciest neighbourhood, there’s a huge disparity in pricing to the lowest-priced homes. While the lowest-priced condo is $2 million bucks less than the highest, in the detached housing market, the gap jumps to a staggering $20 million! Read on for all the details.

The condo also includes a fireplace, storage and in-suite laundry.

This phenomenal, 9,000-square foot detached house tops the priciest listings in Point Grey and is also the fifth most-expensive property currently listed in Vancouver Proper. The four-year old home sits on almost a full acre and features floor-to-ceiling windows, over-height ceilings and four large bedrooms upstairs, each with their own en-suite. The master bedroom in this jaw-dropping West Side house is 1,000 square feet with a stunning walk in closet and two balconies overlooking the landscaped yard. With a putting green, basketball court and a coach house, it’s everything you imagine the costliest home in Point Grey to be.

Lowest: Nautilus Close

$2,195,000

Four-bedroom, four-bathroom house

2,634 square feet

Cost per square foot: $833

Point Grey Low_Condo.png

The lowest-priced detached house in Point Grey comes in at almost a third of the price-per-square foot as its most-expensive counterpart, largely because it’s a freehold strata property. Still close to the beaches and parks of Jericho, the four-bedroom single family home has a master-suite with a walk-in closet, fireplace and spacious en-suite bathroom. The lower level boasts 10-foot ceilings. For the investors out there, rentals are welcome, as are pets.
