Famously the dividing line between Vancouver’s East and West Sides, the Main Street neighbourhood has blossomed into a popular residential area. Gentrified from its roots as Vancouver’s “Antique Row,” Main Street offers an eclectic mix of cool boutiques and hip restaurants alongside newly built condos as well as heritage homes. Looking at the current listings in Main Street, we found condos starting at $369,000, with detached homes maxing out at $2.6 million. A couple of townhouses currently on the market hover around the million-dollar mark.
