Kitsilano is one of Vancouver’s most popular and desirable neighbourhoods. Close to beaches and parks, as well as trendy shopping and dining spots, it easy to see why so many people are in love with this area. Stitched in by Alma Street to the west, Burrard Street to the east and 16th Avenue to the south and the water to the north, Kitsilano also is home to a portion of tony Point Grey Road.
Looking at the current listings in Kitsilano, we found a wide variety of properties at different price points. Though you’re likely to pay for an upscale address, as if often the case on the West Side, we found condos starting at $420,000 and going straight up to $3.6 million. Houses ranged even more dramatically, from $1.57 million to a whopping $28 million bucks. And in between we found a smattering of townhouses and duplexes on offer as well.
