Bordered by Nanaimo Street to the west, Boundary Road to the east, Kingsway to the north and 41st Avenue to the south, this lovely area is known for its family-friendly vibe and diverse population. We took a closer look at the current listings for condominiums, duplexes and detached houses in Collingwood. At the low end of the scale is a one-bed condo listed just below $300,000 on the farthest east edge of the city, while at the high-end is a six-bedroom house listed at $4.26 million in the heart of Collingwood.
