Les Ciels de Beaumont

Les Ciels is an 80-acre parcel ideally located in the southeast quadrant of the City of Beaumont, Alberta. This fast-growing municipality is located on the southeast periphery of the City of Edmonton and is contiguous to an actively developing neighbourhood. Multiple land uses create the community over 5 stages of development. Residential (single-family, duplex, townhomes and multifamily), commercial space, parks and a school site. With the first-stage connecting to the existing community to the north and/or the newly upgraded range road 241 to the east, this neighbourhood is easily accessible. Avillia is set to begin construction of Les Ciels in 2021 with builders beginning constructing homes in 2022.
