Grand Niagara

Grand Niagara will soon become the premier master plan community in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Development of more than 800 acres on the west side of the QEW between Welland River and Lyon’s Creek/Biggar Road the new Master Plan for an exciting new residential community will be finalized in 2018. Opened in 2005, the Grand Niagara Golf Club occupies approximately 40% of the site. Ultimately 1600 – 1800 single family and town homes will be built upon this scenic, gently rolling land. The provincial government has recently announced that the $1 billion South Niagara Hospital will be constructed immediately next door to the Grand Niagara community. This facility will become a major employer in the area and a significant demand generator for new homes.
