A new mixed-use development and community hub in Parkdale. The Vision The Radiator complex presents an opportunity to create a unique new mixed-use community. We will honour the site's industrial past by reimagining spaces for artists and creatives to work and live, build homes for over 600 new residences, and greatly enhance public space by creating access points that lead to a central courtyard and community garden for the entire neighbourhood to enjoy.
