Edmonton Motors

On behalf of a Canadian pension fund, the Edmonton Motors project will be developed by Pangman, along with Probus Project Management and John Day Developments. This project will bring new residential and retail opportunities to the site occupied by the Edmonton Motors dealership for nearly 70 years. Two towers with approximately 825 residential units total will sit on a retail podium with active commercial frontages. The tower facing 115 Street will have 35 storeys and the tower facing Jasper Avenue will have 42 storeys.
