Brilliant. Our house went on the market January 31 and sold the next day for full ask. Why? Because she told us the fair price that the market indicated, she already had a small queue of clients. Of greatest importance, she is a phenominally hard worker and what we can only describe as having a phychological understanding of the dynamics of home buyers and sellers. Integrity, knows how to promote without any deception. If it's a handyman special she will tell you it's a total mess. I only wish we had another house to sell because we would be with Mary Lynn 100%.
