On the day we decided to move to the Island, we made contact with several different agents and Josh stood out from the crowd. He was straight forward with us from the get go and did not oversell his services, and certainly delivered more than we expected. Josh is not only very knowledgeable about the market, but also has a wealth of real estate related experience (construction, renovations, asbestos, etc) which made it easy for us to make decisions when analyzing homes. But more importantly, he was professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with and we certainly would have no problem recommending Josh to any of our friends and family.

We were very new to the home buying process and Josh was our source of steady guidance. We appreciated his complete reliability, extremely prompt responsiveness and perfect professionalism at every step, as well as his local knowledge. COVID might have interfered with our ability to choose and purchase a home at all if not for his expert help. Prior to this experience, I had heard about the option of not using a realtor, but now I fully understand why that would have been a terrible idea. Couldn't have done it without him!
