Buying a retirement home is exciting, but from far away is daunting. It was a quick two days to look at homes, but Cam Mulatz made it seem so simple. He had a perfect schedule for us, so we were able to see many places in a short amount of time. Our first offer fell through because of a sketchy home inspection, and after returning home to Alberta, a new listing came up, so he graciously showed it to our daughter, and she believed it would suit us perfectly. The home was staged because it was an estate sale, and Cam and his partner agreed to remove all furniture and decor that we didn’t want, which I think went way above and beyond! I will be forever grateful to him for making our big move to our dream retirement home possible!
