Nancy is a fantastic agent. She made selling my condo a painless progress even though I wasn't physically present in BC. I chose Nancy as my listing agent because I felt she really listened to what I wanted. She's detail oriented and took beautiful photos of my condo and even made a floorplan and 3D walkthrough (which some agents won't do for a smaller listing). During negotiations, she gave great advice but never pressured me into accepting an offer.

She got right on it when I found one by getting in there and taking PERFECT videos of the property for me. She is so thorough.
