TLDR: Nancy Che sold our condo within 1 week during a cooling housing market. She is the best realtor we have ever worked with. My partner and I probably waited 1 month too long to start the process of selling our condo. By then, interest rates were rising quickly and a new foreign buyer ban had cooled the real estate market. We chose Nancy Che as our realtor based on her multiple 5-star reviews. She patiently listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. She understood that we were motivated sellers and wanted our place to sell fast and not sit on the market, accumulating days. Nancy’s market analysis was ‘spot on’ and we immediately agreed on a list price. Within 2 days of meeting her, Nancy had produced a marketing video, photos and 3D virtual tour that made our place look amazing, showcasing all the features to make our condo stand out from all the other listings. Our condo was listed as the featured listing the following day, which generated a ton of traffic from potential buyers during our open house that weekend.
