After a year of trying to sell our home with no success, Matt was recommended to us. Signing with Matt was the best decision we could have made. Matt was there to work for and with us. Matt recently assisted Becky and I in our very first home purchase, a condo in Vancouver near VGH. He did a fantastic job and I can easily recommend him. A few characteristics really stood out. He was honest; Becky and I had our sights set on a different condo initially, but when he read the Strata documents, gave a direct opinion to not make an offer. It would've been an easy sale for him, but he knew it wasn't really what we wanted. He was also very prompt, hardworking. He responded to torrents of questions in detail and punctually. As first time buyers, we had lots of questions and he did a great job making it all understandable. Lastly, I thought he absolutely rocked the purchase negotiation. I won't go into the specifics, but his tactic was the perfect balance of aggressive yet educated and realistic, and I'm quite convinced we got the absolute best price possible given some subsequent events.
