I am fortunate to have Kuya Carlo as my realtor. He helped me get my first apartment. As first time homebuyer, he helped me every step of the way. We had no problems and the process was smooth sailing. I really like my apartment. Looks brand new. It does not look like that it is 13 years old. Also concrete and low building. The location is perfect and very convenient. Kuya Carlo also gave my house keys a day earlier. It was exciting! He and his kids gave me and my sister a tour around my new apartment building. It was fun. His kids are cool, singing and dancing. They gave me a sweet house warming gift. The anthuriums are still alive. As I was writing this review, I am reminded that I am very blessed. I am truly grateful to Kuya Carlo for helping me achieve my goals and dreams.

Time flies.. it's been a year almost today when I decided to take the leap and sell my beloved home of 19 years. I did not know any realtor personally at that time and I had 4 recommendations from various people so I went with a referral of one of my good clients. I literally chose Carlo Capitulo out of instinct - not knowing anything about him or his credentials, I went with my gut feeling and gave him the business. And as they say - trust your intuition - they never fail you. Carlo promptly met with me the day I contacted him and made the rest of the process feel like a walk in the park. It was quite amusing as I recall how we unanimously arrived at the same selling price without argument - which is a big plus because sellers are sometimes delusional about the value of their properties and I am sure realtors have to work on that without making their clients feel undervalued. My apartment was put up for listing a few days before Valentine's Day and literally got offers on the same day. We sold and signed the deal in two weeks. Carlo was very professional all through out - showed up on time, guided us every step of the way in preparing the property for showing but also made me and my family feel very at ease in the entire process which was very important to me. There was no sense of pressure - it's like working with a friend rather than just another realtor.
