When I reached out to Dan, I knew that I wanted to start looking for a new home and also that I had a lot of initial questions that needed answering. Dan immediately made himself available to have a conversation with me about what we are looking for and answer these questions. He set up a search for us right away to start looking for things at our specifications but also was open to us bouncing listings off of him to discuss pros and cons of each. On as many occasions he organized day trips to view as many listings as we had energy for, setting us up with different types of places to narrow down what we were looking for. Once we found our new home, Dan worked tirelessly to help close the deal below the price we were willing to pay. We were thrilled!
