Dan helped myself and my brother find the perfect investment property and negotiated us a great deal to boot! We told him the general specifics to what we were looking for and from there he presented us with multiple properties that had what we were looking for but each had something unique to it so that we could get a better understanding for what the market valued certain things. He found some comparable units but in different areas of town so we could get a good idea of the entire market for what we were looking for. From there we narrowed down the properties that checked all of the boxes and then we viewed a couple apartments. By the second viewing we knew we really liked the place and Dan helped us come up with an educated offer based on the info that Dan had found out about the previous offers thats had been placed on the property but were rejected by the seller. We placed our offer and it was accepted and too boot, Dan was able to negotiate the sellers to leave a bunch of additional furniture that was useful to us since we intend to use this as a rental property and needed to fill up the space.
