Dave is hard-working, detail-oriented and has an innate ability to accurately analyze and advise on market values, trends and investment opportunities. These skills, together with his industry-leading marketing strategies and cutting-edge technologies, has positioned him in the top 0.1% (yes you read that correctly!) of realtors across Ontario. I cannot express how thankful I am for the experience of working with Daniel Fisherman. The last time my wife and I sold a house was 38 years ago. A lot has changed. But most stressful was that the market crashed from the time we listed our house to when it sold. Each day the market dropped. My wife and I became very discouraged. Daniel was the steady hand reassuring us along the way that our house would sell and at the price we were looking for. Daniel got to work! Texts and e mails flying back and forth at all hours of the day and night. 1:00 AM was not too late and 6:00 AM was not too early. After what seemed to us like an eternity but was actually only 31 days, the house was sold in a horrible market, for within a hair’s breadth of our asking price. And here’s the kicker. We thought we were Daniel’s only client. The magic is that while Daniel is a very busy Agent he made us feel that we were his only client. He is not just a realtor, he’s a partner who will work his darnedest to make the impossible happen.
