I recommend the Amy Flowers Team for all Real Estate needs. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and Jenn Laliberté and Robin Kerwin were there for me every step of the way. They even helped me take measurements of the condos I was looking at, gave me advice on where I could find furniture and decor to suit the size of my condo and provided me with a list of many other service providers that they have used and trusted, including the home inspector. There were some bumps in the road on the sellers part or condo part and Jenn and Robin walked me through it all. Even after I moved in they dropped off little gifts like a set of Tiffany's wine glasses with a bottle of wine as a house warming gift and sent me a lovely pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving. I honestly couldn't have pictured a more wonderful Real Estate experience! What a great group of people and a tremendous experience! They ran the sale of our house through their process like it was a machine. Straightforward steps, how to prepare, what to expect and what needed to be done. Stage day arrived and it was like clock work. Exceptionally well organized and a fantastic job by Tara and her team. When they were done, it was so nice, we started to question if we wanted to move. Jenn was invaluable, talking about strategy, the competition, and if changes needed to be made.
