We sold our home and bought another through the Amy Flowers Team nine years ago.it was a great experience. The team was amazing, and everything was seamless. What impressed us the most was the attention to detail and customer service which did not end after we moved in. For nine years, there were Anniversary cards, Mother's Day gift cards, Thanksgiving pies, Christmas gift wrap and (my favorite) personalized calendars. What a nice touch!! Selling a house can be a scary prospect, the two times we've chosen to do it we used Amy and her team. Our first time was back somewhere around 2005, and things went really smoothly and quickly so when it came time to sell our current home there really wasn't much of discussion as to who we would use. Well let me tell you in some ways it was a very different experience in that it wasn't just Amy and a staging coach but a whole team this time, but in some ways it was the same in that it went smoothly and quickly. Amy introduced us to Trish who handled most of the transaction for us, I say most because we also had Mandy there to answer any questions we had and assist us with anything we had to get done as well as Tara to stage our house like something out of a magazine. That being said Trish did an amazing job managing our anxieties through the process, and ultimately negotiating a deal we were happy with. If I had to sell again, would I use Amy and her team? Without even giving it a second thought would be my answer. When you have a group of people that come together to help you achieve a goal, and make sure you are looked after in every conceivable way during that process, you couldn't really ask for more. My sister and I are executors of my mother’s estate and the Flowers Team was incredible in helping us throughout the selling process. The home was listed very quickly and sold three days later. I have to give a shout out to Tara and the entire staging team. We are picky with design/decor and our expectations were surpassed. The furnishings are high quality and have a luxurious feel. Having worked in customer service for over 16 years I am often left disappointed. The Flowers Team did not disappoint. Jenn (our listing agent) is superb at what she does. She is extremely responsive and worked very hard to get us the best deal. We had multiple offers and she took her time to explain in detail all contract details even though it was clear she was up to her ears in work from all the offers. We trusted her implicitly and it paid off. Mandy and Rachel also helped us throughout this process and were very responsive. They were efficient and their reminders are greatly appreciated. When the team says they work around the clock, they mean it. I do not understand when they have time off. The Flowers Team are at the top of their game and for good reason. They operate a well oiled machine but with a human component that is patient and empathetic. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Agents are fantastic! Even with the busy market, we always felt like we were their first priority. Always responded when we had questions, gave insights into possible Reno’s we wanted, and warned us of things we should be considering. I particularly like how each agent is a specialist in a certain area. When we had obscured questions there was always someone on staff who had the answer.
