The Amy Flowers team (for us, it was Jennifer Laliberte, Rachel Morazé, and Tara Llewellyn) were spectacular to deal with! They knew exactly what needed to be done to the house, exactly how to stage it, and exactly what price we should be asking in order to get the house sold...and fast! We had the house listed on MLS on a Tuesday evening and had our first of two offers on the Thursday evening. The house was conditionally sold on the Friday and firmed after inspection within a week!
