Jenny is without a doubt one of the most reliable, hard-working and professional people my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She helped us buy our first property in July 2019 in Chilliwack and made the entire process of viewings, negotiations and closing feel safe, exciting and much less daunting than it otherwise would have been. She would always answer our constant phone calls and text messages and made herself available to meet in person for every detail and every inquiry at the drop of a hat. Furthermore, Jenny would call to check in with us, give us updates, and bring our attention to things that really helped us out as first time property buyers, continually saving us extra work and money, even after closing. My wife and I can say with certainty that without her, we would never have been able to get our dream home (and at a price much lower than we expected!). I work for CARSON POW-R-VAC Ltd which performs HVAC/furnace cleaning in ALBERTA CANADA. It strikes me how thoughtful the CENTURY 21 site managers are. They are so busy & yet they take time to give our estimators info on the needs of their managed bldgs (ie energy optimization & reduction of sickness/absenteeism by promoting a healthier indoor environment). Our Century 21 real estate broker is refusing to close Oct 1st deal by holding back our deposit. He has asked us to cover the sellers real estate fees. We are the buyers. My mother in law will be homeless come Monday because she has sold her house for this move. We are at a loss...Somebody please help.!!!!
