My spouse and I started looking for our first home in January. We had no idea what this process was like and how to get started. Jenny Lu called me the same night that I had contacted her. She was the first realtor to get back to me in regards to my enquiries. This was a huge deal for us considering how hot the current housing market is. She was very patient and meticulous in making sure she understood what our needs were and what was important for us in order to find us the perfect home. Fast forward a couple weeks later we found a home that was in the perfect area and everything we could've wanted. Unfortunately, it was already sold the moment we were ready to view it. Jenny worked her magic and somehow was able to find us another unit in the same complex that wasn't listed anywhere. She had knowledge that this unit had a renter who's lease was coming up, she was able to secure us a viewing that week. We put an offer in immediately after viewing. By the time the listing was officially listed on LMS it had already been sold to us over a month ago. We would have not been able to get our dream home without Jenny's help. Jenny made it clear since the beginning that she is looking after your best interest. Despite being in such a hot market she still tried negotiating the price for us and included subjects that would be for our benefit. Jenny was helpful, positive and reassuring during this whole process which was at times stressful as a first time home buyer.
