This is the first house we sold that Jenny helped us buy. Due to work reasons, we needed to leave our original city. Jenny was very professional and quickly helped us find a buyer and close the deal quickly, allowing us to move to a new house quickly. She also gave us a lot of advice on buying the new house. Unprofessional, very pushy and impatient. Does not seem to care about the laws of the Residential Tenancy Act. Breached binded tenancy agreement contract by email with no legal paperwork. Would not answer calls or any form of communication leaving tenants stranded on possession date. Please be careful and find another agent. Re: Response You are mistaken Jenny as I have never rented a property. I am a mother of four that signed a rental agreement, paid rent and deposits before possession date to unlawfully receive an email on move in date with movers already paid, stating the move in was no longer going to happen. No decency of even a phone call, leaving four children and a mother stranded. Would not answer phone calls, messages or emails and left me with unnecessary extra expenses of a storage unit, a deep freeze of food i had to donate, the cost of moving duplicated, the cost of transfer utility fees and more. I'm not sure what rental you are referring to but no, you didn't rent a property for me. What happened here was 100% illegal and I would expect a realtor to know and abide by the laws.
