We needed to purchase property in Feb 2021 when the market was toughest in decades. Sales cycles were 10 days; multiple offers in 2 digits (ie more than 10). The effort to get into an opportunity required diligence, constant monitoring and being completely on top of the market; it required reacting in extraordinary speed. Iwa surpassed every expectations we had; she successfully secured a property for us. Additionally, she has excellent property-ownership coaching skills to help you identify one's needs and requirements. Her patience with us allowed us to share our thoughts and not rush into things.
