Review My grandmother and I had a great experience with Johnny. We had a leasehold property, with special assessments, which is a very hard and complex sell. Johnny took on the challenge, persevered through many deals that fell through and still got the place sold quickly under the circumstances. The property was relatively low value, and much more work than a typical sale. Despite this, Johnny always made time to talk, never stopped working on our property and was very patient with my sentimental grandmother.
