Ollie leaves junk flyers at people’s doors. Inconsiderate. Nobody wants to deal with the useless waste. Also bad for the environment. I’m in marketing and it is commonly known that almost all flyers and mailers go in the garbage (not even recycled) without even being read. The impact of paper production, printing and moving the materials is not good for the environment or worth it to anyone. Even Ollie, although he may not realize it. He may do a good job at selling your home and/or finding you your next one. I have no idea. My only interaction with him has been finding the junk he leaves jammed in my door frame.
