I have worked with Yuliya in 2020/2021 already before me coming to Vancouver. She is very honest and knowledgeable. No pressure whatsoever at any point. What was amazing for me, I could have sent her any potential findings, and she gave me her honest, deep opinion - no matter of the price, she was not trying to make a sell, but to make my experience great. She was able to point out any potential issues or even sometimes not recommend a place due to specific reasons that I would have not know by myself. I have worked with a few agents so far, but Yuliya definitely is my first choice now. She is also very tech savvy, we were able to communicate mostly via email/texts (my preference) with extremely quick response time.
